About us

Karuna Wellbeing Ltd was set up to provide our community with a social hub with wellbeing services. We aim to be compassionate to every individual to aid and educate on their personal wellbeing journey. Treatments are supportive and inclusive to all, We listen to your needs and provide you with the best service possible. All treatments are tailored to your individual needs. Providing the best 1:1 therapies for every individual.

Massage therapy is no longer just a luxury, it is a necessity to look after your physical and mental wellbeing. Massage therapy looks after your muscles and joints, but also helps with mental health giving the body to switch off and relax.

Treatments

Providing a wide range of treatments to aid in your health and wellbeing. Karuna wellbeing provides a full experience not just a treatment. We provide you with a medical questionnaire when you arrive. The medical questionnaire provides us with all the correct information about you, allowing us to tailor the treatment to you. We then show you the treatment room and have a private consultation to make sure you are in for the correct treatment for your needs, Before starting the treatment.

Before each treatment the room is fully cleaned down. Each treatment has a heated bed, clean towels. For massage treatments, heated oils (carrier oil and essential oils) which are picked specifically for you, other mediums are available upon request. You fully control the way the treatment is carried out as every individual is different. Not every treatment needs to be done in silence, if that is not how you relax or feel.

During the treatment only the area being treated will be exposed, Before the treatment we will explain about the treatment and what clothing to remove (always being in your underwear). However if you are uncomfortable, clothing can be kept on and the treatment adjusted. Hot mitts will be used during the treatment, relaxing the muscles and removing any excess oil.
