Aromatherapy

Exactly what a combination therapy is differs from therapist to therapist. It is a therapeutic massage which has extra focus on musculoskeletal, joints, spine and general alignment. The purpose of the massage is to help restore flexibility.

Hot stone

A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy. Its used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. The hot stones allow a therapist to ease into the muscle tissue at a deeper level while applying less pressure to the muscles, thereby avoiding any resistance by the muscles to lock up or resist the work. the extra warmth provides faster therapeutic results and deep relaxation.
